• If the product is not what you expected, please advise us immediately at bobby@scootermanandbobby.co.nz.  We shall advise you how to return the product to us. We will accept returns within 10 days of purchase provided the goods are completely unused, in the original packaging with any tags still attached.
• At our discretion, and we are satisfied that the goods are in the same condition as when we sent it to you, we will happily exchange or refund the item excluding any freight paid.
• We retain the right to refuse to replace or refund if the goods are not in original condition.
